QUICK SHIP PROGRAM

This is our fastest service for custom drawers up to 50 drawers per order. Quick Ship is organized around a standard range of materials and machining options. Lead-time from order placement to shipment is 5 workdays. Please click here for more information and to order.

 

CUSTOMERS NEW TO THE QUICK SHIP PROGRAM

Contact Customer Service, or your Valen Sales Representative. Please indicate the type of drawers needed, plus a list of sizes and quantities. For fastest response, email or fax a list of sizes, drawings if any, plus your contact phone number.

Most new Quick Ship customers place initial orders using a credit card. Open accounts are offered. Since the time needed to review an application for credit can vary widely, Valen recommends the use of credit cards for initial orders.

Once the order is placed, be sure to check the order acknowledgement immediately for errors. Order acknowledgements are sent within 24 hours. Contact Customer Service immediately if an error is found. Drawers ordered in error cannot be returned.

ON-LINE QUOTE ACCESS FOR EXISTING QUICK SHIP CUSTOMERS

Customers with a history of purchases from Valen are eligible to request on-line access to review pricing and place orders in real time. To discuss setting up access, please contact Customer Service or your Valen Sales Representative. Use of the online quote system is entirely optional. We welcome faxed and emailed quote requests and orders from all customers. The on-line system is only active for Quick Ship Program drawers at this time.

DRAWERS FOR PROJECTS AND OEMS:

Valen is well known for its strong capabilities serving large manufacturers with excellent lead times and low prices. We are pleased to quote large individual jobs and ongoing JIT programs. Valen can supply many additional drawer materials and other unique features for projects and OEMs, so please inquire.

All classic solid and other stocked colors are available with a 5 workday lead time. Glass, mirror, and a variety of specialty inserts are available as well. For fastest response, email or fax a list of sizes, drawings if any, plus your contact phone number.
