  • Q: What is your standard lead time?
    A:

    Quick Ship orders of 50 drawers or less ship in 5 business days. Larger orders typically ship within 10 business days. JIT and Custom Delivery programs are available.

  • Q: What materials do you offer?
    A:

    Valen’s current drawer box material offering includes Solid European Beech, Baltic Birch Plywood and PVC.

    Our European Solid Beech material is available in two thicknesses (1/2” and 5/8”). Our Baltic Birch is available in two thicknesses (1/2”and 5/8”) and two top edge finish options (edge banded and bull nosed). Our PVC wrapped drawers are available in white and wood grain colors. .

  • Q: Are your drawer boxes prefinished?
    A:

    All of our drawer material is prefinished with a clear acrylic UV finish.

  • Q: Is freight included in the drawer price?
    A:

    Our Quick Ship price includes shipping for unassembled drawers.  Contact Valen Customer Service for freight estimates on all other shipments.

  • Q: How do I establish an account?
    A:

    Contact Valen Customer Service with your company name, address, email address and phone number. A credit application will be provided to establish payment terms.
